Highlights of the Photoline production technologies include:

FLATBED PRINTING

HP Scitex Veejet +
Latest in UV curable technology and using Zaar print heads. Delivering high speeds print quality up to 720dpi. Maximum print area size 2 metre x 3 metre. Maximum thickness of substrate 40mm.


SOLVENT PRINTING

Mutoh Spitfire – mild solvent 4 colour ink. Utilising class leading Epson print heads with resolution up to 1440dpi. Using Mutoh’s patented interweaving printing technology means vertical banding is thing of the past. Print up to 2.5 metre wide.

LARGE FORMAT PRINTING HP 5500 and HP5500 UV

At Photoline we have 2 HP 5500 1500 wide printers. This enables Photoline to run 1 printer with dye based inks for outstanding vibrant colour (indoor or short term outdoor). The other one is set up to run pigment inks for longer lasting print life. Having 2 HP5500 printers enables Photoline to meet the strict production deadlines. Both printers print @ 1200x600dpi using 6 colours.

VINYL & MEDIA CUTTING

Summa S160 T Series Cutter
Using the widest cutter available on the market the Summa S160 has the ability to cut media up to 1mm in thickness and also handles intricate vinyl and sticker designs with ease.

LAMINATING

Photoline has introduced a new 2 metre wide laminating machine to complement the 1.5 metre wide SEAL IMAGE 600 laminator. Both machines have heated top and bottom rollers enabling us to apply heat transfer laminate as well as conventional pressure sensitive cold laminates.
